To avoid disruption to their travel plans, air travelers are strongly encouraged to consult with the Department of Homeland Security (www.dhs.gov/real-id) to determine whether their state-issued identification is Real ID-compliant and, if not, what alternate forms of identification will be accepted at the airport.

PurpleRock Travel will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes and assist the Client with available alternatives; however, PurpleRock Travel does not guarantee that alternate arrangements, comparable services, refunds, credits, reimbursements, or other remedies will be available.

The Client understands and agrees that any refund, credit, reimbursement, compensation, waiver, or other remedy related to a Force Majeure Event is subject to the applicable terms, conditions, policies, and decisions of the relevant Travel Supplier, insurer, governmental authority, or other responsible third party. PurpleRock Travel does not guarantee that any Travel Supplier, travel insurer, or other third party will provide a refund, credit, reimbursement, or compensation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PurpleRock Travel shall not be financially or legally liable for losses, expenses, damages, delays, cancellations, interruptions, changes, or other consequences resulting from a Force Majeure Event. The Client remains responsible for any additional costs, expenses, or losses arising from or related to a Force Majeure Event, including, where applicable, additional transportation, lodging, meals, transfers, or other travel-related expenses not covered by a Travel Supplier, travel insurance policy, or other third party.

PurpleRock Travel’s planning, consultation, research, booking, coordination, management, and administrative fees compensate PurpleRock Travel for professional services performed and are separate from the underlying travel services. Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, such agency fees remain non-refundable in accordance with PurpleRock Travel’s Non-Refundable Agency Fee Policy, even when a trip is delayed, interrupted, modified, postponed, rescheduled, or canceled due to a Force Majeure Event.

Nothing in this section is intended to waive, restrict, or eliminate any non-waivable right or protection available to the Client under applicable law. PurpleRock Travel will continue to fulfil any obligations that remain reasonably capable of performance under the circumstances.

18. Non-Refundable Agency Planning, Booking, and Administrative Fees

Any planning, consultation, research, itinerary design, booking, management, administrative, service, or other agency fee charged by PurpleRock Travel is compensation for the professional time, expertise, research, planning, coordination, consultation, booking assistance, and administrative services provided by PurpleRock Travel.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by PurpleRock Travel, all agency fees are non-refundable once paid and are separate from payments made to or on behalf of Travel Suppliers. Agency fees remain non-refundable even if:

-
the Client voluntarily cancels, changes, postpones, or does not complete the trip;
-
a Travel Supplier cancels, modifies, delays, interrupts, or fails to provide travel services;
-
a Travel Supplier becomes insolvent, bankrupt, ceases operations, or otherwise fails to perform;
-
the Client is unable or unwilling to travel;
-
the Client elects not to proceed with a proposed itinerary, reservation, or booking; or
-
the underlying travel services are canceled, refunded, credited, or otherwise modified by a Travel Supplier.
The non-refundable nature of an agency fee does not limit any refund or credit that may be available directly from a Travel Supplier under that supplier’s applicable terms and conditions. Any supplier refund, credit, or reimbursement is separate from PurpleRock Travel’s agency fee and does not create an obligation for PurpleRock Travel to refund compensation earned for services already performed.

19. Payment Authorization and Processing

The Client understands that payments will be processed only after PurpleRock Travel receives the required payment authorization or other approved payment instruction. By providing payment authorization, the Client represents and warrants that the Client is authorized to use the payment method provided and authorizes PurpleRock Travel, the applicable Travel Supplier, or an authorized payment processor to charge the approved amount in accordance with the payment authorization and the applicable booking terms.

PurpleRock Travel may process authorized payments directly with a Travel Supplier, through an approved payment processor, or through another secure payment method, as applicable. The Client is responsible for reviewing the payment amount, payment schedule, supplier terms, cancellation policies, and other applicable booking conditions before providing authorization.

20. Vendor-Related Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

The Client acknowledges that PurpleRock Travel is not the provider of the underlying travel services and that Travel Supplier-related cancellations, delays, schedule changes, service failures, insolvencies, bankruptcies, or other failures to perform do not, by themselves, constitute a failure by PurpleRock Travel to provide its professional planning, booking, coordination, or administrative services.

Before initiating a credit-card chargeback, payment dispute, or similar claim relating to a Travel Supplier’s cancellation, delay, failure to perform, insolvency, bankruptcy, or other supplier-related issue, the Client agrees to promptly notify PurpleRock Travel in writing and provide PurpleRock Travel a reasonable opportunity to assist with communications and available resolution efforts involving the applicable Travel Supplier.

The Client agrees not to initiate or pursue a chargeback, payment reversal, or similar dispute against PurpleRock Travel solely because a Travel Supplier canceled, delayed, modified, failed to provide, or otherwise failed to perform the underlying travel services, where PurpleRock Travel has performed the agency services for which its planning, booking, consultation, or administrative fee was charged.

The Client further agrees not to dispute or seek reversal of a valid, authorized, and properly disclosed PurpleRock Travel agency fee solely because the underlying trip was canceled, modified, interrupted, refunded, credited, or not completed due to an act, omission, cancellation, insolvency, bankruptcy, or failure to perform by a Travel Supplier.
Nothing in this section is intended to waive, restrict, or eliminate any non-waivable consumer right or legal protection available to the Client under applicable law, or to prevent the Client from disputing an unauthorized charge, a billing error, fraud, or a charge resulting from PurpleRock Travel’s own failure to provide the agency services expressly agreed upon.

21. Cancellations and refunds

We reserve the right to charge processing fees in the event of refunds, cancellations, and other services. To change or cancel your flight itinerary, you must do so prior to originally scheduled departure. No value remains after departure.
