Cancellation Policy

96+ days prior to departure (before April 6, 2027) - No Additional Penalty - $150 AJ Registration Fee is non-refundable.

95 - 66 days prior to departure (between April 7, 2027 and May 6, 2027) - 1-night penalty per room based on required occupancy

65 - 36 days prior to departure (between May 7, 2027 and June 5, 2027) - 2-nights penalty per room based on required occupancy.

35 - 0 days prior to departure (between June 6, 2027 ad July 11, 2027) - Full Penalty based on required occupancy per room. NO REFUND.
Group Travel Terms & Conditions
1. Agency Role & Contractual Bindings
PurpleRock Travel LLC acts solely as a booking agent. By booking a room within this group block, you agree to comply with both PurpleRock Travel’s policies and the master group contract.
2. Payment Requirements & Deadlines
To secure your room within this protected group block, you must strictly adhere to the following schedule:

Initial Deposit: The total deposit is $200.00 per person is due at the time of registration. This includes the $150.00 per person Non-Refundable AJ Registration Fee.

2nd Installment Payment: A second installment payment of $150.00 per person is due by October 15, 2026.

Additional Installment Payments: Additional installment payments of $150.00 per person is scheduled for every month thereafter, as per the payment schedule.

Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full on or before May 1, 2027.

Late Payments: Failure to make two consecutive installment payments will result in the automatic cancellation of your reservation with possible penalties depending on the date of the arrears. Failure to make your final payment on May 1, 2027 will result in the automatic cancellation of your reservation with the additional penalty of the cost for 1-Night.
3. Cancellation, Attrition, and Refunds
Because this travel is booked under a customized group contract, standard retail refund policies do not apply.

Cancellation Deadlines: Cancellations made before April 6, 2027, will forfeit the AJ Registration Fee. Cancellations made after June 6, 2027 are 100% non-refundable, and all monies paid will be lost.

Travel Protection Plus (TPP): We highly recommend purchasing Travel Protection Plus at the time of deposit. TPP offers "Cancel For Any Reason" coverage. Without the purchase of insurance, no exceptions can be made for cancellations due to medical emergencies, work conflicts, or family situations.
4. Travel Identification & Names

Exact Matching: The first, middle, and last names provided during registration must match your government-issued photo ID (or passport) exactly.

Fees: Any name corrections or changes requested after final payment and documents issued (if applicable) will incur a minimum supplier fee of $60.00 or may result in total ticket forfeiture.

Passports: For international travel, your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date.

You must complete Jamaica's C5 form (FREE) for entry.
5. Third-Party Activities and Un-hosted Events
PurpleRock Travel, AJ Buzz and the AJ All-Class Reunion – Jamaica 2027 Committee (Collectively – The Planning Committee) arrange only the specific, scheduled itineraries explicitly listed on your official group invoice and itinerary.

Independent Activities: Any excursions, tours, water sports, vehicle rentals, meals, or activities you choose to participate in—whether on-resort property or off-site—that are not explicitly managed and hosted by The Planning Committee are undertaken entirely at your own risk.

Liability Release: The Planning Committee shall NOT be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or expense resulting from your participation in these independent, un-hosted activities or third-party vendor services. You are responsible for vetting the safety, licensing, and insurance of any outside operators you choose to engage.
